Ideally situated at an altitude of 1830m, at the foot of the slopes of the Sainte Anne ski resort, the chalet hotel Sainte-Anne invites you to come and recharge your batteries in an exceptional setting at the start of hiking, cycling, mountain biking and motorbike trails.

Perched above the village of La Condamine-Châtelard, just a few kilometres from Barcelonnette, our friendly, family-run chalet hotel has 45 rooms overlooking the slopes or a breathtaking panorama. There are standard and family rooms, sleeping up to 5 people. Each room has a balcony so you can make the most of the view.

Relax on our south-facing terrace, savour our traditional mountain cuisine or simply enjoy a drink.

New: After a day on the slopes, take advantage of our wellness area with two hot Nordic baths and a traditional open-air sauna.

Chalet Sainte-Anne is also close to the GR®6-GR®56 (Tour de la Vallée de l'Ubaye) and the famous passes of the Ubaye valley.

We also offer you the possibility of privatising the establishment for your private events (weddings, birthdays, seminars, business receptions, family meals, etc.).

Our chalet has been awarded the ‘Relais Motards’ and ‘Accueil Vélo’ labels, offering all the services required by cyclists and mountain bikers. Ideally located close to the Col du Parpaillon, it's a must for Gravel riders, the Grandes Traversées VTT L'Alpe Provence and the TransUbayenne. In addition, several local loops have been developed as part of the Espace VTT FFC. The Route des Grandes Alpes passes through the bottom of the valley, between the Col de Vars and the Col de la Bonette.
