Spacious, bright and modular, these rooms and suites offer a warm atmosphere, in shades of red that resonate with the hotel's primary inspiration, the Dolomite. Copper, wood and thick fabrics form a cocoon of comfort. Modular, sometimes communicating, they can accommodate a couple, for a romantic stay in a large suite, as well as a family tribe during school holidays.

Four dining areas:
• L'Espérance des Grandes Rousses, a very gourmet getaway with bistronomic cuisine of contemporary and local inspiration: wild garlic, saffron from Auris, walnuts, honey, flowers and endemic plants adorn its creations...
On its terrace, “heated glass and wooden bubbles”: a unique place to enjoy dinner with family or friends, under the starry sky or the snowflakes.
• Les Mas'hauts, for a trip to the summits with mountain specialties in a warm and friendly setting.
• La Ferme d'Hubert, with a single watchword, well-being on the plate. The flexitarian menu is composed around the vegetable patch, pasture, gardens & orchards and lakes & rivers, with high quality products from authentic circuits.
• La Terrasse d'Hubert, for a ski-in ski-out lunch on a roof top! A brasserie-style menu on a beautiful protected terrace, complete with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a panoramic " Cosmic Sauna " and a Nordic spa, not to mention the vegetable garden and its aromatic herbs...

Aux Grands Rouges - wine, cheese & tapas Bar - is THE landmark for wine lovers. À la carte and by the glass tastings of fine wines and producer wines, a refined menu of tapas and slates of charcuterie and cheeses: enjoy a unique sensory and taste experience around wine in the elegant and contemporary cocoon of the hotel. The wine cellar, combining technology, innovation and design, enhances each wine and allows perfect preservation without organoleptic alteration.
