This large townhouse sleeps 10 guests on four floors. It has superb original features and is ideally located in the heart of Bourg d'Oisans.

Entrance to the house is at street level, into a spacious corridor, where bicycles, bike boxes and other sporting equipment can be kept. At the end of the corridor, there is the first large bedroom, with a double sofa bed and a superb, vaulted ensuite bathroom with WC and shower. A small staircase leads down from the ground floor to the basement, where there is a laundry room (washing machine) and access to the back door, which opens onto a quiet pedestrian street that runs behind the house. A lovely staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a spacious lounge, bathed in natural light, with two large comfortable sofas, coffee tables, two chairs and a widescreen TV that is perfect for following major sporting events. The large windows overlook the street, which is always lively with tourists during the summer months. There is a well-equipped and well-lit kitchen/dining room, featuring a large wooden dining table and everything you need to prepare your meals. The kitchen boasts magnificent views over the roofs of Bourg d'Oisans towards Alpe d'Huez and is a perfect meeting place for organising your day. This floor also has a WC. Stairs lead up to the second floor, where there are two spacious and attractively decorated double rooms, the largest of which overlooks the street and has an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space and views over the mountain or the town. The separate bathroom has a bath tub and shower. All beds and mattresses were replaced in December 2019 and are of good quality. A spiral wooden staircase leads up to the top floor and a spacious attic bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, all new in 2019, with an ensuite shower and separate WC. The basement cellar can be accessed from the ground floor and has cycle tools, a floor pump, ski rack and plenty of space for storing winter sports equipment. Bikes can be washed in the quiet street behind the house. Cycling equipment includes secured bicycle storage facilities, a floor pump, bicycle support, basic tools, bucket and sponges, ample space for washing/storing bicycles.
